RETURNS & REFUNDS
All items purchased from nuude are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by the owner, Emma Fraser. This policy applies but is not limited to: Bikini Sets, Bikini Tops and Bikini Bottoms.
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns and/or refunds if you simply do not like the product or the product does not fit as expected. We encourage our customers to make use of our detailed "Size & Fit Guide" in order to help make the most informed and educated size selection.
However, if you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, or there has been a fulfillment error, please email emma@nuude.co within 7 days of receiving your parcel and we will be happy to assist. Please note the cost of return is at your own expense.
To be eligible for a return & exchange, your order must be unused, in its original packaging with the hygiene label still intact. No return will be processed for an exchange if your order has visibly been used.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved for an exchange, a new parcel shall be shipped to your original delivery address free of charge.
